Tenant Find Only 

Tenant Find Only – £400+vVAT 

  • Advert creation and promotion until suitable tenant is found. (Inc photographs and valuation.)
  • Accompanied viewings, notification to client re open houses/viewing numbers and appointments.
  • Pre-referencing/affordability checks to ensure applicant(s) suitability.
  • Process Holding Deposit. 
  • Full-referencing and right to rent checks (2 references included. Further references charged at £35 per reference).
  • Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and related paperwork.
  • Arrange and production of Inventory.
  • Collection Of First Month Rent and Security Deposit.
  • Tenant Move in with Prescribed Information.
  • Registration of Security Deposit

Basic Management

Basic Management - 5%+VAT of monthly rental amount. 

  • Advert creation and promotion until suitable tenant is found. (Inc photographs and valuation.)
  • Accompanied viewings, notification to client re open houses/viewing numbers and appointments.
  • Pre-referencing/affordability checks to ensure applicant(s) suitability.
  • Full-referencing and right to rent checks (2 references included. Further references charged at £35 per reference).
  • Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and related paperwork.
  • Arrange and production of Inventory.
  • Collection and protection of  Security Deposit.
  • Tenant Move in with Prescribed Information.
  • Registration of Security Deposit
  • Rent Collection & Allocation with quarterly statement.
  • Key Holding Service.
  • Dedicated Property Manager.
  • Initial maintenance triage and reporting.

Full Management 

Fully managed - 10% +VAT of monthly rental amount. 

  • Advert creation and promotion until suitable tenant is found. (Inc photographs and valuation.)
  • Accompanied viewings, notification to client re open houses/viewing numbers and appointments.
  • Pre-referencing/affordability checks to ensure applicant(s) suitability.
