Tenant Find Only
Tenant Find Only – £400+vVAT
- Advert creation and promotion until suitable tenant is found. (Inc photographs and valuation.)
- Accompanied viewings, notification to client re open houses/viewing numbers and appointments.
- Pre-referencing/affordability checks to ensure applicant(s) suitability.
- Process Holding Deposit.
- Full-referencing and right to rent checks (2 references included. Further references charged at £35 per reference).
- Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and related paperwork.
- Arrange and production of Inventory.
- Collection Of First Month Rent and Security Deposit.
- Tenant Move in with Prescribed Information.
- Registration of Security Deposit
Basic Management
Basic Management - 5%+VAT of monthly rental amount.
- Advert creation and promotion until suitable tenant is found. (Inc photographs and valuation.)
- Accompanied viewings, notification to client re open houses/viewing numbers and appointments.
- Pre-referencing/affordability checks to ensure applicant(s) suitability.
- Full-referencing and right to rent checks (2 references included. Further references charged at £35 per reference).
- Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and related paperwork.
- Arrange and production of Inventory.
- Collection and protection of Security Deposit.
- Tenant Move in with Prescribed Information.
- Registration of Security Deposit
- Rent Collection & Allocation with quarterly statement.
- Key Holding Service.
- Dedicated Property Manager.
- Initial maintenance triage and reporting.
Full Management
Fully managed - 10% +VAT of monthly rental amount.
- Advert creation and promotion until suitable tenant is found. (Inc photographs and valuation.)

- Pre-referencing/affordability checks to ensure applicant(s) suitability.
